Get Pre-Approved
Before we tour homes, you'll want a pre-approval letter in hand. This tells sellers you're serious and helps us move fast when the right home comes up.
Home Search
I'll set up a custom MLS search based on your criteria and personally walk you through every home that fits. No wasted time on properties that don't match.
Making an Offer
When you find the one, I'll help you craft a competitive offer — pricing strategy, contingencies, and terms that protect you while standing out to the seller.
Under Contract
Once accepted, we move into inspections, appraisal, and title work. I coordinate every vendor and keep you informed at every step so nothing falls through the cracks.
Closing Day
You'll review and sign final documents, pay closing costs, and receive your keys. I'll be there to make sure everything goes smoothly.
